Shuttle Fans need replacing!

Hi

My stepson decided he wanted a laptop, so the shuttle SB81P I had for his was surplus. So I decided to turn it into a home server. Only prob is, the rear vent fans, size 60x60x15 are PWM controlled and I cant find any replacements. Their noisey as hell and need replacing, they sound like hard drives chattering.

Any ideas where I can get some replacements?
