Shuttle SN45 power on problem

My old shuttle system seems to be getting very flaky, sometimes taking an hour to come on or longer from when you push the power button.

Once its up and running its fine.

Would this suggest a psu problem or something more severe?

Or could i possible fix it without spending a penny?

theres a green light on the motherboard the moment the psu is plugged in, maybe the switch is loose?
 
I've got two sat in front of me now, both seems to take a couple of minutes to "warm up"
The green light on the MB does not come on to start with, then it gradually flickers to life and then all is well !!! very strange !
 
I have a used SN45G shuttle in the attic boxed up, I could take the power supply out and send it to ya mate, if ya fancy buying it from me let me know by emailing me, mawders1996 at hotmail co uk.
