Sign-in status change

Anyone know why i keep getting the above notice while playing MP black ops.
Keep getting disconnected and the Notice= Sign-in status change??
Starting to bug me now.

No one get this? i seem to be getting it 3/4 times a day if not more.

Other than your internet resyncing i'm not sure what else could cause it really!

Ahh right is there anyway to find out if it is my internet resyncing?
