Hi
Got a 4-slot external eSATA DAS box which houses 2x1Tb and a 500Gb drive for backup and RAID1 using an Sil3132-based PCIe add-in card, but recently been having problems with the drives not showing up on the BIOS boot menu. However, as soon as I load into Windows the individual LEDs for each drive on the box are lit and they are online and I can use them as normal.
The Windows software is utterley awful and won't even let me create any new RAID groups so that's why I prefer to use the card's BIOS menu instead.
Any ideas if there could be any conflicting settings with my M/B's config, or some other quirk I've overlooked? I'm using a DFI P45 T2RS.
