With monitor sizes (17", 19", 20", 24" etc) I assume this is measured in inches, correct?
Is it literally the width of the screen, or rather bottom left corner to top right corner? I'm a bit confused.
As far as I know, I have a 17" monitor, but after measuring with a ruler, the width (including bezel) comes to about 14.5". Without the side bezel, it is about 13".
From bottom left to top right (or indeed top left to bottom right) it roughly equates to 17". Which is correct?
It's late and I'm probably just being stupid - trying to measure out how much space a new monitor is going to take up
Edit: I'm going from 17" to 23" (assuming this monitor is 17"....)
