Silverlight wont install, error 656

Did a fresh install of windows today as it was just full of cra*, anyway silverlight will not install, it gets up to installing and then it keeps on coming up with error code 656, ive looked up a few things on different forums and have no idea what this is.

Anyone had experience with this ?
