Round 8 Results

round%208%20results.JPG

In a week of high scoring, when no player scored lower than a usually-average 6 points, it's congrats to rossk26 who wins the week outright with 13 points. Good effort! His 3 scorelines were enough to swing it over both mcleish and johnno93 who share second, 1 point behind.

I hope you will permit me taking the liberty, this week, of including the delectable Susanna Reid in our game. She was predicting against Lawro to undoubtedly promote her appearance in Strictly Come X Factor and I include her results because, not only did she manage to beat him, she is also rather fit.

In the table so far, things are shaping up nicely. Somehow I've managed to extend my lead by a couple of points, but the real winner this week is BaZ87 who has propelled himself up to second place with a series of decent performances.

Cheers all, and remember to predict for Round 9 - you have till tomorrow at 12:45.

Very high scoring week, I was lucky to scrape it by 1 point. Well played everyone! It was the week I was hoping for too, a nice jump up to Europa League spot.

Thanks for the scores on the doors Freakitchen.
