Simple IP Questions

Hi!

As title really. Just two questions.
1) How do I check what is the IP of the page i'm visiting?
For example Google, or my ISP or OcUK?

2) I keep getting attacks to my computer. With my most frequent attacker being 80.39.153.24
How do I check what website/company/who this is?

1. nslookup - start, run, cmd, nslookup
2. Same again. For what it's worth,
