Simple RAID question

I have ordered 4 x 1TB drives to set up in RAID 10. Once it's set up, can I reconnect my current JBOD disk to transfer my data to the new array?

Assuming you have sufficient SATA ports then there's no problem with running a mix of RAID arrays and single drives.
