This may exist or be similar but came across it by accident. Have you got any nice simple ideas? what do you think of this one?

no quantities as it's just to taste...

brown some mince in a pan, once cooked, add some tomato ketchup - a half decent amount - maybe 1/2 a cup full, add about 1/4 cup brown sauce, add some fresh chili (if you like it hot), add some nandos hot marinade and any other nandos sauces you like...

put all that once stirred and heated through into some corn wraps and add lots of sainsbury's (or similar) soured cream and chive sauce.

Lush. Quick. Easy. Filling

Half a cup of ketchup and 1/4 a cup of brown sauce?

Good god, a 1/3 of ketchup is sugar so that is going to taste pretty sickly at best, not to mention the vinegar :x

This sounds like an awesome recipe. It doesn't really, but I didn't want to hurt your feelings. No veg at all, or seasoning is just not cricket. Even a "quick" recipe doesn't need to be a crap one.

lol, howay man, the ketchup etc would be for a few people....maybe i should have stated that>? and maybe i use small cups! give it a go, you'll love it

I don't need to, it will be disgusting and totally unbalanced. tables sauces are very strong in flavour as you use them in a totally different way to say a pasta sauce.

as i said, quantities are just to induividual taste... the mince should not end up swimming in sauce, just lightly covered by it.

It sounds horrific.

Instead of ketchup, use chopped tomatoes and passata. Season to taste with salt, black and white pepper, ground chilli, oregano, basil, slight amount of garlic powder.

Reduce. Job done.
