Simple relisble software to download complete web sites?

What are currently available Windows programmes for downloading complete web sites please? Ideally something I can use currently under Windows XP and carry on using if I change to Windows 7 64 bit. Thanks. Simplicity of use is more important than hundreds of bells and whistles.

What do you mean by "Download a whole website"?

Are we talking about a website you are working on here? such as an FTP program?

No, say I want a copy of a tech website on my hard drive. I can't remember what I used to use, but you had the option of just text, text and images, text, images and files, and then a choice of how deep to go getting links, if at all. Thanks.
