Utterly excellent. However, my favourite E46 shade has to be Imola Red. I must admit that even this violet is soothing on the eye :cool:

That spoiler really does just look silly.....it's as if they spent everything in the budget on the rest of the car and had to nail a Halfords Special on the back.
 
A mate of mine has a Clubsport. It's basically 330 in M3's clothing with fancy sillplates, with about 20kg's of sound insulation removed to make it sound nice inside the cabin. The interior is fairly nice and it is built very well, but they were overpriced when new - fully loaded they were about 3 grand cheaper than an M3. Only available in three colours too, which were Estoril Blue, Velvet Blue and whatever BMW call their silver. To be honest they don't feel that fast -a 182 was a fair bit quicker, and a P1 just annihilated it - they really should have given the Clubsport cars a significant hike in power, which would make it worth buying. :)

As with all 3 series, the spoiler and other stick-on tat just denotes how many sales targets you hit the previous quarter.

Agreed. That 5 series looks quite good, that 3 series just does nothing for me at all. Looks rather "samey".

Edit: Sorry Fox, but Penski's BMW beats your one :o
 
Mate at work is hunting down a M3 CSL at the moment.... I never seen a CSL irl but the pics look pretty funkeh.
 
Misleading thread title.

All I can see is a load of dull looking middle-management mobiles. Can I have my 5 minutes back please :(
 
The 3-series is quite nice, but that 5 just looks like a random car? About as exciting as a Focus tbh. The spoiler looks ok on the 3 series I think, but the wheels on it seem to be on every fast BMW? What is the BMW Penski posted?
 
Agree with Penski - original 3-series posted looks like a SENIOR sales reps car. Nothing special about it for me.

Like that 635 tho - always wanted one (although sadly nowadays they seem to be the exclusive preserve of pimps and dealers).
