Completed the demo in 3:20 on my first run (target 4:00).
Didn't like the camera and the control system was overly complicated for what it was.

Got this last week. Didn't really like the demo but still went out and bought it and I quite like it.
The cutscenes are great and capture the humor of the tv series really well. The game itself is quite easy, the camera isn't very good and can get quite annoying but I still enjoyed it.
I managed to complete the game in about 8 hours. If you like collecting everything then it will last a lot longer but I think this gets boring.

I just finished this on rental and didnt bother with the collectables. I have to say I didnt really like the demo but after completeing it, that lard lad section is the toughest bit of the game.
Its full of humour and game references thoughout. From classic games like missle command to guitar hero.
Without collecting it took me about 6/7 hours and every level was packed with decent humour and one liners. I liked EA poking fun at themselves too.
An enjoyable rental.

Well then, rented this last night, well my sister did (she is 13)....she is HOOKED, never seen her play a game for such a long time. - Well never.
Tbh, I think she will have it complete tonight, played a good 15 hours atleast

Absolutely terrible game. Massive shame, because the graphics style is very nice, it has all the voices and all of the humour... it's just completely unplayable and no fun at all.
Biggest disappointment of the year; travesty they let it be released this way. A little more work and they could have had a classic on their hands.
Hate the damn TV adverts for it too.
Note all my opinions are based on the demo. But reviews do seem to point to the demo being as same as the release version
To say that its unplayable is a daft thing to say, an unplayable game is just that, you cannot play it, the simpsons is quite a nice little game, and gets average reviews of 60-70% which really does go against what you say.
Just finished this game on rental, its not a bad 3d platformer but it does suffer from dodgy camera syndrome in places. If you like the Simpsons then its a must play as its full of simpsons humour and EA taking the mic out of themselves and gaming in general. Not sure how well the split screen co-op works though, one thing to mention dont play the demo and think the whole game is that bad/hard/annoying its not thats prob the worst level in the game and was a stupid one to pick for a demo. There's so many game types from gauntlet to Dance dance revolution so it doesnt feel samey all the way through, good game more of a rent than buy for me though.
