Since when was going to the GP an event for the whole family?

no one has posted about an argument over seating but rather a full waiting room (initially at a walk in centre and then today at a hospital blood test facility - which also operates on a walk in basis)

I'd suggest that for services where you book an appointment you'll probably not experience the same issue

Why not put the whole family in an arm-lock until they agree to wait in the car?

Me neither. The blokes tend to avoid it like the plague as the first thing the dentist wants to do when you sit in his chair is to put his tool in your mouth!
