Is the crashed/failed car on the track?
No
Is there large chunks of debris or oil on the track?
No.
LET THE DAMN DRIVERS RACE NOT SIT BEHIND A SAFETY CAR!
Same in the wet, if you red flag the race then restart behind the safety car, you have to start on the wet tyres. Sadly they then sit behind the safety car until it's no longer wet tyres conditions so as soon as the safety car comes in, they all dive in for inters or slicks.
Just utterly ridiculous.
