Single Garage door spring

Hi , wondering if anyone has any knowledge in the above field ?
I previously managed to replace a snpped cord one side of the garge once , But now it appears the spring has unwound itself , cannot find any info on centre sprung garage doors , which direction im supposed to tension the spring ect .
Any info would be great thanks

if it's a gliderol one I investigated recently for a neighbour see here - they have a very powerful spring, so gloves+goggles

You need to be careful once tensioned!
