can anyone recommend a basic NAS storage drive, doesn tneed to be hi capacity 1tb is fine, works with Ethernet cable, with no drivers or software needed
Many of the Synology and QNAP can do real time replication to an external USB drive and that USB drive can be NTFS or FAT format which makes recovering data simple should the internal drive(s) fail I highly recommend that approach (even with the use of RAID internally) if you have anything critical to backup and don't want to go crazy on a high end solution.
