Hi Guys,
I bought a stick of 512mb DDR PC3200 ram for the father-in-law's PC.
He already has 512mb, so I thought an extra stick would boost it somewhat.
Anyroad, I stick it in and nothing. I proceed to remove the original ram and try the new ram on its own but still the PC would not boot.
The ram I bought is single sided and the ram already in the PC is double sided. Does this matter.
Link for Motherboard MS-7142, K8MM-V :-
