I'm trying to get on to a website, but everytime I try, whether it be in FF or IE it says 'Server Not Found', yet I know the website exists, I've been on it before and everyone else can get on to it. The strange thing is, I can get on every other site I so wish, except for this one. There seems to be no logical explanation for it.

Has anyone for any ideas?

Cheers,
Hessian

ping it, what comes back?

if its a valid ip address put that into the browser, ie... http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and the see if that works.

If it does then you have DNS problems, check your hosts file, also open up a command pront and type "ipconfig /flushdns"

If you have an entry for it in your hosts file delete it.

Yup it was a website I'm allowed to and have been on only yesterday, the website is:

http://www.sky-knight.net

When I ping it it can't get a response and the same with tracert, it's as if the site doesn't exist, even though it does and other can get on it.

I managed to find out the direct IP to the site http://72.52.248.196/ and that works for me now, but the domain still doesn't. Any clue as to why not? It's not about the website now, just curious as to why I can't but others can?
