Sings that GFX card on the way out or another problem?

So I have a feeling my GFX card is on the way out as my PC is not behaving right. To summarise the symptoms:

- If I try to Overclock my CPU it get's stuck in a reboot cycle and have to reset CMOS.
- I once click the 'enable GFX overclock' in my BIOS and it instantly shut down and begun the above reboot cycle until I reset the CMOS.
- If I watch a video in VLC it now seems to lag and stutter. If I full screen it it often struggles.
- In games I appear to be missing 'things' for example. Payday 2 - it's ultra dark, even with brightness turned right up.

Is there any sure fire way to see if the card is on the way out or do you think it could be something else?

Remove your Gfx card and use the on board graphics. Watch some vids or whatever you do, and see if you have the same issue. That's where I would start anyway.
