SingStar on PS3

boys and girls...anyone got singstar on the ps3....i need some form of karaoke as its always a good laugh before a night out. Is the current singstar any good???

Its not out till November/December, it was supposed to be August and got put back, ive had it on pre order since about July.

Are the old ones not back compatible? is the ps3 version offering anything new or just more songs?

The old singstar works ok on a PS3 but I think there is an issue with changing Disks though. The problem with the Singstar PS3 is the whole online aspect of it, you are able to have your own page site where you can uplink videos so others can rate your singing and you can search for other people with the same songs etc. There is going to be an itunes type singstar store that you can purchase new songs from. This infrastructure is what Sony is having problems with at the moment.

I know the disc comes with new tracks on it but can you download the back catalogue for free (I thought I read this somewhere) or are they charging for the old songs?
