You could download it direct ( legally 
)if you were really keen to play it?. A few places online have it available to download. Doesn't take long on a half decent broadband connection. That said, I'd wait for it to appear somewhere cheap. It's a half decent game but not worth getting mega excited about.

Played this while i was at my gfs parents house. Best way to describe it really is "short and sweet". Great game, reminds me a lot of Timeshift just with the powers being more offensive rather than within you.
Definitely recommend getting it but you could put it off until its going cheap though. While its good there isn't a lot of replay value to it. I could see myself completing it once more on the higher difficulty but after that i dunno. There isn't a lot you can do with the weapons since the Sniper Rifle is awesome has sod all ammo, the Spikeshot is utterly useless, the Grenade Launcher is a gimmick and has no real use, the Pistol is useful for about the first 2 minutes, so basically you can use the Autocannon (once you get it about 1/2-2/3 way through) for everything because its super powerful and the Shotgun and Rifle when you feel like it.

I have just finished this.. Its ok nothing amazing some nice tuches here and there.. I had an issue with texture loading which was annoying it would sometimes take 30+ seconds to load the textures at the start of a game..
I would give it 6.5/10... I only paid £10 for it so i would say it was worth it...

Quite liked this game, shame it was so short. Seems to be the same with newer games, they're too short and don't require much thinking, especially in FPS 
Good points:
1) Its got a pretty good story line
2) Its a very well polished game
3) There are RPG elements (in that you are rewarded for exploring and find raw materials in crates and stuff to update your guns / weapons
4) Its a very fun game
Bad bits
1) Its nothing new
2) Even on the hardest difficulty i felt like a demi god, didnt die too much.
3) Bit short.
Overall very nice, would want to pay more than £10 for it but for £5 its great!

Good game, enjoyable story, mechanics while not 'original' work very well, fit into the world and support the gameplay well, great ending.
Slightly different from the modern warfare style or type shooter. Due to this I found it had a more refreshing approach to story telling, the combat was rather good as well. If you generally like first person shooter / perspective games, then it's a must for a fiver.

I'm finding it a lot like Bioshock graphics wise... outdated but runs smooth as butter. Most of the textures are just shocking
