Sir Clive Sinclair has died.

I have a C5 in the shed, think I will dig her out and have a peddle around this weekend in his honour.
Dude, thats worth a packet these days!

I'd love to try one, apparently terrifying in traffic, but still, what foresight....

Oh no. Really sad news. RIP

Has anyone checked his RAM pack hasn't simply come loose at the back?

Another one who started out with the ZX81 then moved onto the Electron as I needed BBC Basic for computer studies. Though I work in engineering I still have the love a of coding and scripting that started back in those far off days.

A true giant from my youth now gone.

The first computer I ever used was an old 16k or 48k - and I just remember how utterly space age it was for me. First game I played was Driller, and I think I had a mini panic attack when I got to a new area or something exciting happened. I eventually half owned a +2 with my brother, and we spent so many hours playing tapes off magazines. They were great days. RIP Sir Clive.

Whenever you went to a market there was always a bloke there with hundreds and hundreds of tapes for cheap. A market in Holloway was where I found one of the greatest games of all time, Cliffhanger
