Sir Patrick vs Cordon

Never liked James Cordon but saying that on the other hand Stewart should have stopped before the "other joke".

Corden IS obese. As a fat man myself, his belly should be ridiculed, not encouraged. It is a terrible example to set people. Also, I thought his "old man" comment was so hypocritical. Ageism vs. fatism. What a *****.

Sir Patrick Stewart has more talent in his stools than Corden has in his entire body. A somewhat large body.

I don't know about anyone else but I found that a little hard to watch after he said "You could see my belly. I can see you dying right now." ... I mean respect for your elders and all that, what a crap thing to say !

Patrick Stewart has a very good point, looking at the BBC site, he does seem to be in the corner off every shot - Move out the way fatty!

You kind of got the impression Corden was getting a bit big for his boots and was destined for a fall like this, I can see the media turning on him soon.

I have never quite seen what the fuss is about James Corden, I hate that little fake squeal laugh that he is always doing, the one to indicate that he thinks something is funny and you are supposed to be laughing. On top of that I can barely turn on the tv of a night at the moment without seeing him pop up somewhere along the way. Maybe he is funny and I just don't get it , but frankly I find him about as amusing as Alan Hansen.

I'm not quite sure how to take the comment by Zoe Saldana:
"I like your belly but I'd like to see Sir Patrick Stewart dying on stage any day."

Sounds incredibly insulting to me?

The audience also appear to be siding with Cordon which just goes to show the level of sheer idiocy at these moronic events.

As much as I love Patrick Stewart and a lot of his work I think it would have been best brought up off-stage. It's clear he was trying to get Cordon to show some respect and act more professional (towards the guests and in his role) but I think he was being a bit too brave trying to pull off a comment like that, this really was a time he shouldn't have made it so.

Then again Cordon was acting like a complete tool whilst Stewart was introducing the next award, so I'm not surprised he said something, wouldn't you? No one wins really. Moving on.

I believe he meant it as in; dying on stage rather than dying of old age.

not sure if that comes accross.

My point also with the fake squeal like a pig laughter, he just can't stop doing it can he!

I hope the trekkies of the world will unite and hunt Cordon down and beat him to death with replica tricorders.
