Sitcom Recommendations

I've got through all I've wanted to watch in this thread so I'm in a rut again. TBH any 20-30 minute show that is good (subjective I know) I will be open to suggestion from.

Mindy Project is actually excellent. IF, and it will be a big IF, you can find Traffic lights, really good 13 ep show from the states with a good cast. Massive shame it got cancelled, 2-3 years old probably.

The League is along the lines of Sunny, not quite as extreme but the same feel to it, Sports Night if you haven't seen it, late 90's Sorkin comedy, you can buy it, not sure about download anywhere. Party Down, excellent. Episodes if you haven't watched it, couple good english people in the states working as writers, its got Matt le Blanc in it, but he's playing himself rather than one of his stupid characters and is excellent in it,.

Bored to Death, Better off Ted, again harder to find, finished a couple years ago, Bored had 3 series I think, Ted had 2, both excellent.

How I met your mother is just woeful, it was actually almost decent for 2, even 3 years, its been diabolically awful since then, Big Bang Theory is an abomination, Californication is pretty awesome. Ben and Kate is surprisingly good, takes a bit of time to get into it as at first I just found everyone irritating, but after a couple eps it just works.

Don't like the mindy project and Traffic Light (which was easy to find :p) doesn't look that good. I'll give it a go though.

Sports night was awesome, kind of a shame it ended (also very easy to find ;)) I will definitely be watching The League. Party Down was indeed awesome. Watched the first season of Episodes, tbh I found it a bit too scripted to feel real, but not scripted enough to have the feel of a sorkin show.

Bored to Death was amazing (very easy to find, it had Ted Danson in which is doubleplus good). Better off Ted seems like one I will watch.

How I met your mother was amazing, and after watching it for 5 years I wasn't going to stop just because it dropped a bit. There have been some very good episodes recently , overall not as good, but good enough to see it through to the end. Big Bang Theory, eurgh, that lost its way after the 3rd season and the introduction of female sheldon made it unwatchable for me. Californication is very very good. Ben and Kate looks terrible imo, I won't be trying it. A comedy shouldn't take a bit of time to get into imo as each episode is so short anyway.

Thank you very much for your suggestions.

How about Chuck or Dexter? Although theyre a little long I suppose.

I always end up going back to the old fav's like friends, fraiser etc but it really is time I started to move on! Big Bang & How I Met are still keeping me busy though. Not a fan of everyone loves, nor Californication (my wife loves it - I think its :p)...

Seen both Chuck and Dexter, as well as Cheers and Fraisier, up to date with How I met, grew bored with big bang and up to date with californication :p

I may as well put this here actually
