An hour later and its still offline, I hope your host has a good policy for downtime
 
With the site been down for so long could this have an effect on goods bought today I.e won't get sent til tomorrow? If you had confirmation of processed & been shipped should we be OK?

if you have confirmation of been shipped..... then its been shipped :confused: so will be tomorrow as normal i would think
 
I think they need to buy a new graphics card for their computer.


You would think they would make some kind of forum announcement it must have been done for over 2 hrs now.
 
the GTX 970 page is blank. I bet they had to restore from a backup and now they have to repopulate everthing after a certain date hence no product details for some lines.
 
Looks like they need to config their SQL GRANT as if OcUK are hosting the site themselves and using 'admin@localhost' before the authentication takes place the connection is rejected when you try to connect via an external IP. This is because the External IP is not present in the User table within the SQL database.... shouldn't take them to long to resolve :)
