Site not loading?

Since yesterday, I've not been able to access the website pjj.cc I know that the site works since my friends can access it, but its just computers in my network, apparently. The weird thing is, I can ping it through the command prompt, and it works fine

Pinging pjj.cc [72.51.46.112] with 32 bytes of data:

But accessing it with a web browser (Tried Firefox and IE) just times out.

I just don't have a clue what the problem could be, not a DNS problem since otherwise it couldn't resolve an IP when I pinged it. Same if it was an internet problem, since all other sites work, and I can ping it. Hosts file is clean... I don't have a clue what else to check.
