Failing to log badly, as have been doing Olympic lifting complexes at not-very-interesting weights to burn them calories.

That sounds like Crossfit. But it can't be Crossfit... :eek:

Played around with squats in 5 minutes, and managed 53 reps of 60kg... which is a bit rubbish, considering I managed almost that number at 90kg a few months ago. :p

BACK SQUAT (8) 80-80-80-80(10)
KETTLEBELL SWING (AMRAP) 40 reps @ 20kg
REVERSE LUNGE (AMRAP) 20 reps @ 20kg

Ouch. I hurt. A lot.

Need to get some shoulder physio sorted as a rotator cuff niggle has turned into full-blown unpleasantness.
 
Ewwww... heavy day for me. I cycled into work on Thursday, too, which meant 20 miles my legs weren't used to. :o

BACK SQUAT (3) 100-110-100-110-110 Felt very heavy, but needed doing!
KETTLEBELL SWING (AMRAP) 30 reps @32kg
REVERSE LUNGE (5) 32-32

That felt awful at the time, but surprisingly no DOMS this morning; I can feel my back is tired, however, so probably a good thing I didn't head in to repeat this morning. :D

BACK SQUAT (3) 100-110-120 Last set was HARD but form wasn't atrocious...
BACK SQUAT (8) 80-85 Legs were shot after this, and core wasn't up for much more, either. :o

Easy session as I cycled 10 miles into work this morning (will be doing the 10 miles back later...). Cycling this morning was ok, but need to eat more if I'm going to keep this up!
 
*sigh* Suspect SLAP lesion... and will be needing an MRI to confirm/refute.

No training on legs for a while as I seem to now have a pain in my medial knee, and squats are out because of storing bikes in my gym. I think I'm basically down to training abs... :D
