Interesting. Back squats...

BACK SQUAT (8) 80-85-85

Easy session as I cycled 10 miles into work this morning (will be doing the 10 miles back later...). Cycling this morning was ok, but need to eat more if I'm going to keep this up!
 
*sigh* Suspect SLAP lesion... and will be needing an MRI to confirm/refute.

No training on legs for a while as I seem to now have a pain in my medial knee, and squats are out because of storing bikes in my gym. I think I'm basically down to training abs... :D
