That has just made my morning, I've not been offered that even though I've been told I'm being charged for 4 different orders (it's complicated and I still don't have a phoneline connected)
IF anyone needs a claim for sky gives us an email as I've got a copy on my computer. Luckily I didn't need to do it though as its a small local exchange
