Hi

Ive just had Sky Broadband. Installed it ourselves. Its all set up.

Now, it works if i connect my computer to the router with an ethernet cable, but it wont work wirelessly.

The router is picked up on the wireless networks list, thats fine. I enter the WPA encryption key, that works fine, then it says "aquiring network address" and it stays on that, and eventually, it disconnects.

So its obviously transmitting wireless (the lights on the router confirm this) but it wont let me connect to it (just hands on "Aquiring network address")

First question is, what could be causing this, and also, when i try and login to the router via http://routerlogin.com, it comes up with a user/pass box, but i havent been given a user/pass.

There must be a default one. Ive tried admin/admin, and leaving both boxes blank with no luck.

Is there a default Netgear router pass to access the router?

Thanks
James
