SKY broadband issues

Hey guys,

im just currently installing COD on my series X, and it has a 135gb update :eek:

I’m in the other room from my router using a extra sat box for my SKY Q system.

and the tv keeps cutting out which I assume is the Xbox hogging all the bandwidth?

if I connect to the router via the 20m Ethernet cable I have, will that ease the interference from the TV?

It depends if it's the WAN you're overloading or the wireless.

yeah, will give it a shot.

di I need to change Xbox settings for the Ethernet? Or will it automatically start the download via the cable as default?

Just changed to Ethernet, seems to be much faster, will keep an eye on SKY and see about the interference..

Bought a good quality power line kit, working well and saves me trundling a Ethernet cable through the house every time I need a big update on the XBOX.
