My folks seemed it was a good idea to get rid of virgin and get Sky HD, so no more virgin broadband or tv.
Now its been 2months I have been waiting for them to come out and install it. What a joke. The phone rings, sky say they are coming out to install the stuff today. Now that felt good that I was probably going to get playing my games again.
Doorbell rings, "We have a problem" I lit like a firework when he sat there explaining that BT have to come out and run a wire from the telegraph pole to my house. He says I have to ring BT and get them out before he can do the installation.
BT SAYS! We are very busy we will fix the problem within two weeks.
2months wait to hear from someone,finding out I will have to probably wait to next year. Then to find out im going to get crap download speeds and probably letters with a court summon after reading a few threads on here.
Sky have put the wires under the skirtin boards so how can I change my mind now.
