We have sky broard band, works fine on ethernet but the wifi is terrible it's been like it since day , sky put in 3 wifi pods, still bad, we put in tp links and now we had BB upstairs wired in to son's comp, so we lived with that. Just lately we've lost BB on wifi downstairs. So the usual phone call, unplug wait 10sec's etc, so far they've sent us new pod's and a new hub and still no joy. Strange thing, when I was going through the diagnostics with one guy he asked me to open the sky app and then open the Broardband section and all the pods were listed there, all not connected, however when I look now that section has disappeared, I suppose they must switch it on from their end, anyway got an engineer coming in July, anyone else had this problem ?
