Might be best to phone then. It's probably picking up that you have some sort of active Sky service but it should still work and get you the discount.

The codes I have don't give any existing customers any discount off their current package. I do have codes for half price upgrade for 12 months on any HD pack if you don't have any HD subs but if you have them already they won't work either.

For everyone else I have new codes, I will check the list tonight and start sending out.

Officially I cannot say as the codes are supposed to be for new customers only. That is in the name of someone who isn't an existing Sky account holder.
