Sky failing to supply a router

Still waiting for my router from sky really beyond a joke as my nets been active for 2 weeks now , they had a phonecall last friday and they said they would send one out AGIAN supposed to have dispatched for to me on the 14th....just took a look at mysky bit online and it says " your routher should be with you within 3-5 working days of below date 18th nov"Its getting so anoying having to mess about to get a router
 
You need to tell them how annoyed you are at the persistent problems they're having with such a small thing.

When I was with Sky and my router was late I called them and got another sent out. It turns out one had been left in the nearest Post Office and the other was delivered a day or two later - I ended up with two of black Netgear routers.

Don't they send them ParcelForce rather than Royal Mail?
 
I'd get an email fired off to that address above, it may give them a kick up the backside. Explain your disappointment and that you have been without broadband for 2 weeks despite paying for it.
 
Had a phonecall off my mom today whilst at work saying its been delivered :) finally get back to my gaming
 
I'd still get a letter/email sent off expressing your disappointment with them, considering you've been 2 weeks without it.
