sky fibre question

Im looking at getting shot of crap virgin and switching to sky fibre, does sky definatly not traffic management and not throttle newsgroups?


I can get upto 40mb for £20 or upto 58mb for £30 i think.


if anyone knows the answer it would be appreciated.
