Sky Internet Problems

I'm at my girlfriends parents house and the internet is incredibly slow.

There's no other connected devices, it's not their computer being slow (using mine), it's slow on my iPad and iPhone aswel... Any ideas?

What's it normally like? Post the line stats.

from the information provided the problem causing you slow internet is your slow internet connection, the solution is to use a faster internet connection.

Not sure, they don't really know because they don't use it because it's slow. How do I post the line stats? :/

OP, what type of connection is it? If ADSL, post router stats.

type 192.168.0.1 into the address bar (that is the IP address for the router), click maintenance (username is admin and password is sky), scroll down and click the show statistics link which should open a new window with the information you need.

That is for the sagemcom f@st2504n, so if the modem/router is different then the route to get the information might be different.
