Sky Player help needed.

We have a full Sky TV package and Multi Room.

I've come to try and use the Sky Player online to get it working with my Xbox 360, but it says I need to be a subscriber or have a multi room package (which I do...)

Any else had this issue?

Have you got a Sky ID which you have logged in on the Xbox with?

Go to the sky player website on your PC and make a Sky player account, it's very simple to do and you just need some numbers from your sky card (in your box).

Then log into the sky player account on your xbox.

I've made the Sky account. Put in my Viewing Card numbers etc...

When I go to the Sky Player website, it says I need to upgrade my subscription.

I didn't understand this so I contacted Sky, the person on the phone said I need to find the 'upgrade package' details to get it to kick in.

I cannot find it though.

Go to the sky site and log in with your sky ID , then click on "my account" at the top of the page , when thats loaded you should see "upgrade package" in the menu on theft hand side of the page.

Sorted it now guys. Had to give sky a call in the end because my package details weren't updated.
