Sky problems...

Sorry to ask this here, but I don't know anyone else with sky, lol...is anyone else getting a Technical Fault error on all their channels, i've had it since late last night, just got in from work and it's still there...just wanted to know if it's just me before I call and complain

Try unplugging the box for about 15 seconds. Plug it in and it should then work. I got this the other day, and I think they may have done a software update.
