*** Sky Q Thread ***

I wouldn't want to pay anymore for Signature, to be honest. The minute you add Sports and UHD (why you have to pay for HD In 2025 is pathetic), and then you're looking at £60. Madness

A fee for HD is only there for one reason and thats so they can say hey look we've discount this for you - what a great deal. A bit like DFS sales...

Yep, Sky Q is the only option for us as we're yet to get superfast fibre, so still stuck on 30mb. Stream wouldn't be able to handle it with all the devices in our home

Honestly bandwidth is the least of your worries with Sky Stream! :p Fibre must be coming soon in your area, IIRC there is big push in and around your area.

I had a ‘pending cancellation’ offer of £66.50 for signature, sports, cinema, HD/UHD and multi screen. Turned it down so will see what they offer once it’s turned off.

That’s the kind of offer I was after but they didn’t seem interested.

It just seems so inconsistent, though speaking to them on the phone it does seem like it’s a case of ‘this is the offer that the system will allow’.

My TV sub expired on Saturday, so I called the win back team today and agreed on a deal of £48pm for the package I had previously (signature, sports, cinema, HD/UHD, multiscreen). At the same time I managed to reduce my gigabit internet from £45pm to £27pm, so all in all I’m saving about £30pm on the decent offers I had before I cancelled.
