Just had sky installed and apart from the fact the engineer must have been blind and pointed the dish the wrong way meaning I only get 1/4 of the channels I should everything is fine 
However on the sky remote when I try to turn the volume up it changes the TV channel (the sky channel stays the same)
Any ideas of what the problem is?
