sky sapping internet?

Hi I have had sky TV for a few months now and when i pluged cya into the phone line my download speed went from about 4.7 meg to around .33 meg, unplugged sky and the speeds went back up again, sky say we have to pay £30 a month if its unplugged... what can

the hole things not been wired up right! there broken and bare wire.... sky can gfto if they try and charge me! even when i plug sky in its still not working :L
meh never use sky apart from air crash invest anyways they can get lost.

there sending an engineer round on friday, its still under warrenty so i am/will not pay a penny XD.

I wouldn't worry about having the phone line connected to your box, especially if it makes the connection worse..

the said i cant for 12 months there (i cant say what i think of sky on this fourm...) and the customer sevice is so poor!

sky fitted the equipment, also even when i have plugged in its still not working, loads of the wiring isnt even in one peice dude from sky drilled 2 wholes in the wall and left then open... VERY VERY poor job!

sky said they where sending an engineer tomorrow, there where supposed to ring tonight about what time...

edit : phoned sky there guy is coming around 12-5

all storted, sky are not fining us, some wireing still not fixed but sky all works brought in new filter for my router and i am getting a higher download speed now and sky gave me a new filter for that.
