Due to how expensive we're finding talktalk, we are going through the process of switching to Sky Unlimited Broadband along with their phoneline.

We already have the full Sky TV package so we got a pretty good deal.

What's the general opinion on Sky Broadband? What experiences have you had?

Best service bar none. No throttling, reliable, speeds are as advertised on fibre at least.

For sure recommend.
 
Brilliant. I'm near the exchange and get a full 20mb and use it quite heavily. It has Never been down in the years I've had it and it always works at full speed.
 
Works superbly. Had it for 5 years of something and will be taking it to my new house later this month.

I live really close to the exchange - It's just up the road. With talktalk I get about 10MB, would be nice if I got more with Sky!
 
Parents have got Sky BB, had it for 4 years odd now and not had any issues :)

I have O2 and again, very good.
 
I had Sky unlimited years and it was very very reliable with good speeds (10Mbps adsl) even during busy periods, highly recommended.

I moved over to BT infinity about 6 months ago and get very nearly a 40Mbps service. At this time Sky can't offer a fiber service in my area but when they can I will no doubt move back.
 
Been a Sky Unlimited customer for about 3 years and never ever had a single problem. If you are on a Sky LLU exchange (or FTTC area these days) then you are laughing. ;)
