Recently built a new system and i noticed that it was a day and say 7 hours ahead of what it should have been, i tried to sync the time with windows but it would not work. So i manually set the date and time and it has remained correct even after the PC was turned off (so the bios battery is not dead).
Anyway my main issue is that when i get skype messages they are all either backwards or my message it behind there etc, kinda feels like an issue with the time stamps.
