Skype questions

Hey guys

Do many people here use Skype?

I'm interested in conference calls but have a few questions I can't seem to find answers too:

1) Can you have a conference call with say 3 people (all using Skype), where all 3 of them people can see your webcam?

2) If I purchased a monthly sub for example, could I run a conference call with say 3 people who are using landlines?

3) If I purchased a monthly sub, could I run a conference call with say 2 people who are using landlines and a 3rd who is also using Skype?

Hope someone can answer these for me
