Slames Rig

up and running, now waiting for the front bezel ... i am really happy with the overdimensional Seasonic PSU. Fan did not start so far. :-)

someone mentioned temperatures and stuff .... what you want to know or see ?

Windows while installing tons of programms ...

CPU 41°C
NB 37°C
SB 37°C

Today i get my front bezel back so i can finish the whole build. Then you will see my small external radiator. 8-)

@SupermotoMX ... Which switch you mean ? The one in black/yellow in the front ? Thats the regular front panel switch from Lian Li on that case. Front bezel is missing.
@Ohlawll ... The Pinnacle will move. No Win7 64 Bit drivers.

Anyone an idea whatelse to put in an PCI slot ? No PCIe !

Glad you like it. :-)

Just a picture how the front was before again ... pic from Lian Li in black. I have iron gray.

And now renewed with front ventilation openings.

Just need to remove burs. Still some flakes around.

Definitely. I attached the front already and finished it 99%.

White LED stripes are not working. Probably no power, so need to take off again.

Which benchmarks you want to see ?

LinX ? SuperPi ? 3DMark ?

Here we go ...

SuperPi 1M

@stock 3,2 GHz in 11.84 s
@easyOC 4,8 GHz in 7.894 s
@hardOC coming later

3DMark11
@stock6870

@stock 3,2 GHz makes 4.443 points
@easyOC 4,8 GHz
@hardOC coming later

3DMark11 @easyOC 6870 @ 1000 MHz

@stock 3,2 GHz makes 4.792 points
@easyOC 4,8 GHz
@hardOC coming later

LinX

@stock 3,2 GHz is 65.6 GFlops
@easyOC 4,8 GHz
@hardOC coming later

I am the production manager of Caseking. I think thats why they gave me the Don option.

Shovinus can explain better.

screens for OC proof will come later

wow ** Hidden competitor hinting is also forbidden ** as a name is forbidden ? :cool:
actually those silver coolers are a bit better, but not that much as you might think. I´ll post temps anyway.

Wow .. who edited that ? I think i can tell when we call someone a competitor. lol

Here is the final product. Keep in mind what is inside this little beast.

I am missing some cold cathodes, so next update in some days.

I did a small water cooling build in a V351 a couple of years ago (no were near as nice and detailed as yours) and found the PSU's to keep dying due to being the only source of heat extraction in the case.

Even with my cpu and gfx water cooled the motherboard temps were very high to lack of airflow in the case which would result in PSU's running at mega fan speed and blowing up im guessing because they didn't like the constant heat.

What are you mobo temps like do you have decent airflow over it? Maybe a design flaw i overlooked when building my rig.

Will check temps later ... seems i have a faulty bios. CPU temps were rising but cooling is fine.

anyway .. airflow .. since i blow in through the front and out in the back i think i solved this. PSU looking good so far

News ...

first of all the GTX670 upgrade and second i just ordered the aqualis. Updates hopefully on saturday, when my package arrives.

Cheers
