Does anyone wear a sleep mask over their eyes when they sleep? I'm thinking about buying one but it seems a little gay. Do you think it would be a little gay for a man to wear one of those? I usually sleep with my arm or a pillow over my eyes, but I think one of these masks would be more comfortable. In fact I think my nose has grown crooked from sleeping with my arm on it.

I often wear a mask to bed here it is

They work for my wife. This time of year when it's light early she tends to sleep with her hand covering her eyes.
Although the curtains are lined it still is farly light in the bedroom.
The trouble is, after covering her eyes she fall into a deeper sleep , her hand slips off her face and her elbow jabs me in the head, really annoying and once I get woken like that it's no more sleep for me.
When she wears an eye cover I get a good night sleep!

Or try shutting your eyes. (OP did not mention that he has tried this)

We bought a blackout blind for our bedroom from b&q, 20 quid or something iirc. Does a good job of keeping light out.

Why don't you just ****ing wear one and see if it helps? If it does, great! You've found something to improve your sleep.
As long as you still get the feeling to plunge your nob clunge deep into some clunge, then I doubt that wearing a mask over your face will make you like willies instead
