Sleep masks

Kwerk, are you brain dead?

Why don't you just ****ing wear one and see if it helps? If it does, great! You've found something to improve your sleep.

As long as you still get the feeling to plunge your nob clunge deep into some clunge, then I doubt that wearing a mask over your face will make you like willies instead

quoted for the lulz.

Not ashamed to admit I used one for when I worked early mornings and I would go to bed when it was still light.
It mostly helped when my girlfriend would come to bed a couple of hours later and I wouldn't wake up to her switching the light on

By turning the light on to wake you up she was dropping a major hint... and you turned her away :(

I bought one ages ago and used it for no more than a minute before getting ****ed off with the stupid thing. Got blinds + curtains up now, my room is pitch black (no annoying hardware lights either). Go for some curtains with 'blackout' lining.

maybe you could bend over and bury your head in some sand, that way you would get the desired effect, plus you might stop being a derp by getting some blood flow to your brain. it seems to be lacking

I use one, our curtains and blinds are quite thin.

I sleep better, look ridiculous but I feel more refreshed.

I do find that moisturising straight before bed will mean the mask gets a bit softer every day!

Make sure if you get one it's not too tight - I once wore one in a hotel that was a little tight and was pressing on my eyes - had blurry vision for about 8 hours after I woke up, think it had stopped me from being able to blink properly during the night.
