Over 25 years back a town close to me a lad ran out of the tattoo shop and tried not to pay,they caught him and held him down and tattoo'd **** on his forhead lol.

I think it's extremely foolish to have a tattoo at all unless you are sure that the tattooist has very clearly understood what you want. If I walked into a tattoo place and the tattoist didn't speak very good English, I'd just walk out again.

even if your not good at drawing its not hard, nearly everyone i know who had a tatoo just printed out a pic of what they wanted anyway.

even if the person speaks your language you want to be 100% sure of what you are getting
